Avaya remains one of the tops most Unified Communication vendors in the world with over 140-million users.

The subscription for the Avaya products grew by almost 500 percent in the fiscal year 2018 according to the financial reports of the company. The UC products offered on public cloud versions and contact centers based on the spoken communication technology acquired in 2018.

Avaya over the years has mostly been focused on providing private cloud products. Private cloud products are more expensive than a public cloud and used mostly by the larger businesses.
