Conversations around mandating vaccines in workplaces are now the centre of attention. What is the best way for employers to respond to this? We reached out to Australian workers to find answers to complex questions at this critical time. We surveyed 1000 working Australians aged over 18, between Friday 13 August (6pm) and Monday 16 August (8am).
We’ve captured sentiments around vaccine hesitancy, employer influence, workplace pressure, vaccine passports and documentation of vaccine status. We’ve also looked outside the workplace, to explore how confidence in government actions may have influenced the current environment.
