  • Through ICP, DAS provides its clients with solutions that combine IIoT, cloud, and edge technologies.
  • ICP DAS aims to offer its customers an easy-to-use solution while extending their IT infrastructure and enabling OT data connectivity within their industrial applications.

ICP DAS, a leading manufacturer of industrial automation equipment, has collaborated with Exosite, an enterprise software company and a leading provider in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform market, to launch a new ExoWISE solution.

The new offering uses Exosite’s ExoSense remote condition monitoring application and Murano IIoT platform that runs on AWS infrastructure with a native device connection from the ICP DAS WISE-5231 gateway. Exosite’s Murano platform offers excellent management over cloud security for authorization and encryption.

ICP DAS’s IIoT edge gateway WISE-5231 will connect with the ExoWISE solution until customers use the standard Modbus protocol. After connecting, WISE-5231 immediately starts transferring data to the cloud platform for remote control and monitoring in different industrial applications. This allows users to view dashboards with real-time data and equipment status, receive notifications, manage user access, and generate reports. WISE-5231’s main function is to connect edge devices with the Internet. It also bridges the gap between devices and the cloud. When compared with standard SCADA systems, these features stand out.

Remote monitoring is a powerful system to enhance output in various industries. It also helps reduce equipment downtime and improve quality. However, implementing such a system can be difficult. This is the reason why ICP DAS has leveraged Exosite’s technologies to provide customers with an end-to-end IoT solution: ExoWISE. ICP DAS has joined hands with Exosite because it has a name in the IIoT market that provides end-to-end IoT solutions, an enterprise software platform, and a wide range of tools to make it easier to build and deploy IoT applications.

Connecting to the ExoWISE solution is easy as it does not require any coding, thus doing away with the need for a software development team, large investments, or long development time.

To keep pace with the rapid development of technologies, ICP DAS will be presenting its customers with an easy-to-use solution that would help them expand their IT infrastructure and enable OT data connectivity within their industrial applications. ExoWISE is already available to worldwide clients. ExoWISE aims to provide customers with cutting-edge solutions that integrate IIoT, cloud, and edge technologies.
